1.  Read the text carefully and answer the following questions  :

Poor Tuffy was shaken like a rat. "Don't do that!" he shouted. "I am a hero! I was putting out the fire." Tuffy saw that he was speaking to a sailor doll who was making porridge. "Can't I cook in peace without you coming and throwing water at me?"

"They won't let me be a hero," he sobbed. Soon after, he heard a cry and looked around. There was a big bowl of water nearby. In it were swimming two fine goldfish. And there was a small doll too! "She's fallen in! I'll rescue her! This is a real adventure at last!"

Ans:-  During the last summer vacation. I went to Darjeeling with my parents. My heart danced to hear this, because I like a journey by bus. I started in time. we boarded the tourist Bus. I was getting excited when I Was carrying away far from my native Place. I looked Outside and saw the villages and the Towns of Jalpaiguri and Siliguri. All of them made unique Pictures que to me." We reached Jalpaiguri at about 5.00 PM. Then we had our supper. My Parents went to sleep very soon. But I did not feel sleepy at all. At last I fell asleep. I wake up at 7.00 am. by the sounds of vendors. All day. long they kept bringing us different. foods and drinks. we had Our break fast and launch from them. mean while we reached Siliguri. when the different states we're Passing by before eyes. I felt very Proud of Our big country. How ever at about 5.00 HRS . We reached madras. It was a thrilling experience to me.
